This Caribbean-inspired seasoning is a wonderful mixture of local herbs, fierce chilies, and warm tropical spices blended with sweet mango juice. Perfect as a well-rounded seasoning for anything from chicken, to pork, seafood, and everything else in between. 

Jerk seasoning is so unique with it's blend of warm spices, fresh herbs, and FIREY chilies, summertime wouldn't be complete without it. Try it as an overnight rub on chicken thighs and pork chops, or as a 30-minute marinade on anything seafood. Salmon and shrimp respond very well! It's also great as a finisher to rice and beans. There's no wrong way to use it! Go ahead, add a little dash of sunshine to that next meal.
