ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We're happy to offer a refund for any full-priced online purchase returned within 14 days of USPS delivery. We also offer store credit for online purchases returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be in original unworn condition, unwashed with tags still attached. 

We kindly ask that you email us prior to shipping to begin processing your return at support@queenofheartsandmodernlove.com

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Returns can also be made in person at our store front located in downtown Providence. 

Our shipping packaging is reusable and can be turned inside out and resealed for return shipping.

Please note that the following items are ineligible for return are sale items (any item marked down from original price), beauty products, and intimates (including hosiery) are non-returnable.
