Ocean State Pepper Co. Packet Seasonings - El Gringo Loco Guacamole Seasoning

Guacamole, on the fly. Ocean State Pepper Co. has put together a great blend of Mexican herbs and spices combined with lime juice, and just enough jalapeno pepper for a great dip, quick and easy for whenever the mood strikes. All that they ask is that you provide the fresh avocados. Turns out those are harder to put into the pouches than we originally expected. Seasons two-three avocados.

Kitchen Tip: Use half of a pouch of seasoning for a milder 'training wheels' style guacamole. Add diced tomatoes and red onions for a more traditional approach. Place plastic wrap directly on top of leftover guacamole to prevent browning.

Ingredients: cilantro, minced onion, lime powder, jalapeno pepper, sea salt, agave, granulated garlic.
