Masienda top-selling corn masa harina is crafted from only two elements: corn and alkaline H2O. This finely milled nixtamalized maize flour is ideal for whipping up tortillas (just mix in H2O!) as well as tamales, tostadas, pupusas, arepas, and beyond. Its rich taste and bright hue comes from heirloom corn grown in Mexico, which is cooked, ground, and slowly dried in little batches. Never GMOs. Always gluten-free.
