In-Store Purchases

Thank you for supporting our small business!

We gladly accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale and clearance merchandise
  • Intimates, lingerie, and hosiery
  • Beauty and personal care products
  • Special orders
  • Ay open products with a broken seal

Online Purchases

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders: 5–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (If applicable) 

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. U.S. Returns

  • Postmarked within 7 days of delivery: Refund to your original form of payment.
  • Postmarked within 8–14 days of delivery: Store credit.
  • Returns postmarked after 14 days cannot be accepted.

International Returns

  • Postmarked within 14 days of delivery: Refund to your original form of payment.
  • Postmarked within 15–30 days of delivery: Store credit.
  • Returns postmarked after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Return Requirements

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

You're also welcome to return eligible online purchases in person at our Providence store.

To reduce waste, we encourage you to reuse your original shipping mailer by turning it inside out for your return.
