Harvested in early November, this all-purpose DOP certified Hojiblanca olive oil has flavors of mellow green apple and caramelized banana. With zero astringency, low acidity (.16%), and a fantastic mouthfeel, it is great for cooking, sautéing, frying, and finishing.
