Foustman's Pork Uncured Salami - Pepperoni

Foustman's uncured pepperoni is made using a choice blend of pork and beef. Paprika gives the pepperoni it's characteristic color and adds depth of flavor. This pepperoni isn’t just for pizza. Great for snacking on it’s own or try it in eggs or sauces. 

They use a fibrous casing, which is made from plant cellulose. Remove casing before eating.
