Caryn Cast
I'm the chalkboard artist for Bulletin, Milk & Hops and Astoria Bier & Cheese, and Queens Comfort in NYC. I am a muralist, painter, illustrator and chalkboard artist. My work starts out as a line drawing and takes its form into paint, chalk or watercolor. My artwork lands on a wide variety of surfaces, from editorial + print to large scale wall murals and sidewalk chalkboards. I use drawing and design as a vessel to solve problems, create a mood, and build a brand. I love collaborations and commissions, and am always on pursuit of new creative projects.
