Little Trúc

Little Trúc is a food truck & caterer based out of Easthampton, Mass.

You can find them out and about in the truck May thru November rolling around the Pioneer Valley, and doing pop-ups, collabs, and private events all year round.

They make Southeast Asian food, with a new menu weekly (or daily!) based on what’s available to them from local farms and purveyors, and to be honest, what they feel like eating.

They also make roasted chili oil, a line of fresh curry pastes, and a few other products for cooking and drizzling at home.
